Tell me about your dream job.

My dream job is the place where there is a freedom of thoughts and freedom of operations and working. There should be cooperativeness among the workers.

Boss should believe his subordinates and he should delegate the work equally among others.

Discuss how you make important decisions?

Usually when I take an important decision, I look for all the advantages and disadvantages of all the possibilities.

 And also I will consider the result of all the choices in the past.

Do you consider yourself successful?

Yeah, very much, because I completed my schooling and college studies with good marks and I learnt more from my last job. Even though I am unemployed right now it’s not end of the road, its just bend of the road, so I have confident on me.

Why you secured less marks in college when compared to school?

In my school days I concentrated on my studies only, but in college days I learned how to communicate and I developed my reasoning abilities.

Moreover school syllabus is very much low I mean 5 subjects in 10 months, but in college 6 subjects in 5 months. But I realize now I could have scored more in college.

Have you ever managed anyone?

One time when I was appointed as team leader for an internal project called DPTS, my team members were not performing their extend due to lack of interest in that project, that time I managed my team members by explaining all the difficulties we may face if we did not complete the work and made them realize the situation and finished the project successfully.

What are your roles and responsibilities in your last job?

When I was working for my earlier company I was taking the roles and responsibilities of a software developer. A developer has to do analysis, design, coding, testing and maintenance.

Are you a Team Player?

Yeah very much, because I played both team member and team leader positions in various projects at my last job. I was taken a role of team leader for internal project called DPTS with four team members. And I had played team member role for main project called Easy FIDS. So I believe that I will be performing well at both team leader and team member.
